Institution Agreement

All institutes purchasing the Knowledge to Action Curriculum and/ or associated resources as developed by Knowledge to Action Charity must return a signed copy of the Terms of Service which will be provided upon receipt of the application form.

 

Payment Policy

Payment is required to be made within 10 working days of the invoice being sent, via cheque made payable to Knowledge to Action or bank transfer:

Release of Goods

Orders will be ready for collection or dispatched for delivery within 2-3 working days of the full payment being received.  

 

Postage, Delivery or Collection information

Orders can be collected from our headquarters in Bolton or, alternatively, arrangements can be made for delivery by courier. A delivery charge will be included within the invoice.

Customers can select their preference on the order form.

 

Returns and Refunds

Orders placed through a Knowledge to Action representative after preview of the goods in person will not be eligible for return.

Orders made by the phone or online, without preview of the material, will be eligible for return within 14 calendar days of the goods being received, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging.

Delivery costs for returning items will be covered by the customer. We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.

 

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged upon arrival, please contact our sales support team within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and we will provide an exchange at no extra cost.
